One week until we leave for Israel. Next Thursday, June 9, our group leaves from DFW at 3:15p. We will go through Newark on Continental, heading out that night a little before 11:00p. We will fly all night/morning and arrive in Tel Aviv at 4:15p on Friday the 10th. From there, the tour begins in earnest, following our group leader Gary McCaleb and guide Anton Farah all over Israel, moving generally north to south. There are thirty-five in our travel group.
We are very excited about seeing Israel and experiencing places we have only read about and imagined for so long. Feel free to follow daily blog entries and photos here. We will try to keep it as interesting and current as possible.
